These are the truths we hold, teach, and live by in every TRANSCEA Bible Church congregation around the world.
The Holy Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God — the complete revelation of His will for salvation and the final authority for all Christian faith and life. (2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21; Psalm 119:105)
The Trinity
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — equal in power and glory. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14)
Salvation
We believe salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Jesus Christ alone. All have sinned, and all who repent and believe in the crucified and risen Christ are forgiven, justified, and born again into new life. (John 3:16; Romans 3:23; Ephesians 2:8–9; Romans 10:9–10)
Baptism
We believe in water baptism by immersion as a public declaration of faith in Christ — a testimony of the believer’s death to sin and resurrection to new life. (Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38; Romans 6:3–4)
The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit indwells every believer, empowering us for holy living, bold witness, and service through spiritual gifts given for the building up of the church. (Acts 1:8; John 14:16–17; 1 Corinthians 12:4–11; Galatians 5:22–23)
Evangelism
We believe every Christian is called and sent to share the Good News of Jesus Christ — locally and to the ends of the earth. Evangelism is not a program; it is our way of life. (Mark 16:15; Acts 1:8; Romans 1:16)
Prayer
We believe prayer is the lifeline of the believer and the engine room of the church. We are devoted to personal, family, and corporate prayer, with fasting, intercession, and thanksgiving. (1 Thessalonians 5:16–18; James 5:16; Philippians 4:6–7)
Marriage and Family
We believe marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, instituted by God, and that the family is the first place of discipleship, where children are raised in the training and instruction of the Lord. (Genesis 2:24; Ephesians 5:22–33; Ephesians 6:1–4)
Discipleship
We believe the Great Commission calls us to make disciples — teaching believers to obey everything Christ commanded, growing them into spiritual maturity and worthiness of their calling. (Matthew 28:19–20; Colossians 1:28; 2 Timothy 2:2; Ephesians 4:1)
The Second Coming of Christ
We believe in the personal, visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ, the resurrection of the dead, and the final judgment — and that the church must live ready, watchful, and busy about the Father’s business until He comes. (John 14:3; 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17; Revelation 22:12; Titus 2:13)
